Personal Insurance

One who is characterized as the insured object is the human person, becoming dependent on their existence, health and integrity to the payment of the benefit.

Except in very specific cases, such as providing health care for injury or illness, for example, payment of compensation unrelated to the value of damage caused by the occurrence of the casualty. This is logical given that the human person is not economically assessable. Hence, in reality, this kind of insurance does not constitute a contract of compensation itself, as differing from insurance damages. The main forms of insurance people are: life insurance, accident insurance, health insurance and burial insurance.
